From this point in the course we will be relying on Linux-specific hardware and software. So you must either work in our classroom or Advanced Lab (Parmly 413), or ssh into one of these machines from home.

Follow the directions here to build and run your first PAPI example (you can skip over the brief Setting up PAPI section, as I've already done that.)
